Filming and Photography Requests
Any filming or photo shoot requires prior authorization (presse@villers.be). Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the desired date.
The use of drones within the Abbey is strictly prohibited.
Wedding photo shoots
For wedding photography, please send your request by email to info@villers.be.
Other photo shoots or filming
Other types of shoots or filming (such as cosplay, animals, vehicles, or sessions outside opening hours) are not permitted on weekends or public holidays.
These activities require prior authorization, and additional fees may apply. To request permission, please complete the form below.
Journalists and media
Journalists and media representatives must also obtain authorization. Please contact our press service at presse@villers.be.
Access and compliance
The Abbey site management reserves the right to refuse access to the site and/or take action in case of misuse, whether observed on site or identified later during the publication or use of the images.
