From October 25, 2025 to March 15, 2026, the Abbey is hosting the "Harmonie" exhibition by Michel d'Oultremont. Internationally renowned, the Belgian professional wildlife photographer is exhibiting 32 large-format photographs of nature and wildlife.
Harmony
Nature is a treasure on our doorstep. It is both a refuge and a source of inspiration, a space where we can reconnect with ourselves and the living world around us. This local wilderness is much more than just a backdrop. It's a fragile yet powerful ecosystem that sustains life in all its forms. Caring for nature means preserving a legacy for future generations. This harmony between the wild world and us is still possible. We just have to believe in it!

Bigger than life
A large stag in the moonlight, a buzzard with a piercing gaze, a red fox in the snow, a dove overhanging the forest massifs, a brood of long-eared owls, a badger with a black and white mask or three pine martens pointing the tip of their noses, this is the fauna of our regions that Michel d'Oultremont introduces us to through his unique, natural and wild photos.

Curious by nature
A native of Walloon Brabant, Michel d'Oultremont is a wildlife photographer with a passion for nature and wildlife. "I'm a wild encounter junkie", he likes to say, and from childhood he observed the animals around him with a pair of binoculars, before opting in his teens for a camera and immortalizing the most memorable encounters. A graduate of HELB in the "photography" section, the Belgian artist launched himself as a professional nature photographer in 2016.
